However, when we do use vendors, we work with the area's most trusted vendors to ensure our properties receive the quality care they need. We believe that any vendor we work with is an extension of our company, and therefore must hold dear the same core values that structure our business.
Our goal is to build trustworthy, long term relationships, with the area's most respected vendors so that our clients and customers can feel confident knowing they have well seasoned and experienced professionals working on their homes.
A properly maintained rental property is crucial to protecting a home owners investment. Well maintained properties not only rent for a premium, but they also rent more quickly, reducing your vacancy costs and increasing your bottom line. We understand the importance in finding quality vendors to work alongside our experienced maintenance team.
We put our potential vendors through a detailed screening process to help identify if they meet our quality standards. Our vendors are constantly evaluated on an ongoing basis, based on feedback from owners and tenants. If it is determined they can't meet our standards, they will be terminated as vendors of Park Place and HomeRiver Group.

- Proof of insurance provided by commercial insurance company
- Proof of workman's comp insurance
- 3 professional references
- A completed vendor questionnaire (on right)
Once you have provided the above information, you will receive a vendor agreement via email to review and sign.
